SWMCOL EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION SURVEY 2014

The Core Values of SWMCOL are Commitment, Empowerment, Fairness and Equity, Integrity, Team Work, Customer Oriented & Accountability.

Consistent with these values SWMCOL is seeking to conduct an Employee Satisfaction Survey to gather feedback from staff to allow management to better respond to the immediate staff concerns and develop future Human Resources strategies to address these concerns. The survey would also allow staff to express their views on the new strategic direction of the company.

All employees are invited to provide CONFIDENTIAL opinions on these seven (7) key areas:

 SWMCOL’s Organization, Strategy and Values;
 Your job;
 Getting your job done;
 SWMCOL’s leadership;
 Rewards and recognition;
 Future growth and opportunity; and
 SWMCOL’s approach to work and life balance

Employees are required to score each question on a scale of 1 to 5, where:

5 - Completely Satisfied
4 - Highly Favourable
3 - Favourable
2 - Neutral
